LOCATION & DIRECTIONS

Pleasantly situated at OS Grid Ref SN 561 155 adjacent to a county road approx 1.5 miles from the village of Gorslas and approx 2 miles from Cross Hands. About 11 miles from Carmarthen County Town. From CARMARTHEN take the A48 dual carriageway to Cross Hands and at the roundabout turn left on the A476 signposted Llandeilo. Proceed three-quarters of a mile to GORSLAS crossroads and take the 2nd left turn into CHURCH ROAD - signposted Maes-y-Bont or Llyn Llech Owain Country Park. Continue along this road for approx 1.5 miles and the land will be seen on the right approx 100 yards after the council lane on the left (signposted A48) and identified by an Evans Bros "For Sale" board..
