LOCATION & DIRECTIONS

Conveniently set at OS Grid Ref SN 603 255 next to a council maintained road near the village of Capel Isaac and just approx 3.5 miles from the Towy Valley town of Llandeilo. From Carmarthen, take the A40 East as if heading towards Llandeilo and proceed through the villages of Nantgaredig, Pontargothi and Broad Oak. After approx 1.5 miles, drive past The Cottage Inn on the right and then take the first council road on the left; signposted “Pen Y Banc”. Proceed for approx 0.75 miles into the village and at the T-junction turn left and proceed for approx 1.5 miles before taking the 1st council lane on the right. Continue for approx 350 yards, and the entrance will be seen on the left – identified by an Evans Bros “For Sale” board.
